To know our value is a gift we can give to ourselves.
Unwrapping this gift often takes courage as it asks us to leave behind beliefs that do not support us to live and love fully.
For some it will ask you to follow your dreams when no one else will follow them with you. And for others it is a reminder that we all have a voice and a right to be heard, when others want us to be quiet.
But beyond that it asks all of us to worry less about what others think of us and to focus on thinking positively about ourselves.
