We listen to many different voices during the day, but everyone knows that little voice that shouts obscenities and criticism you when you look in the mirror. The one that makes you believe you have fallen short of the ideal and loves to make comparisons with airbrushed pictures in our favourite magazines. Beauty and the inner bitch!
Women are too harsh on themselves. Ask women when will they be pretty enough or young enough, and according to them, probably never!
Well it’s time to silence that voice. And the only way to do that is too celebrate who you are from the inside out.
