There are so many things in our daily life that need to get done. But one of the greatest gifts we can often give ourselves is to give of our selves to another human being.
I suggest doing one action a day that will make a difference to someone else with no prospect of return to yourself. We all have the power to help another person with advice, kindness, listening or a smile.
The small things we do for others can often make the biggest difference to a person’s life.
